This notice covers the MovingSteady waitlist. Joining does not create a membership, and we do not ask for payment details.

What you share

When the waitlist is accepting signups, we collect your email address. After signing up, you can optionally tell us whether the program is for you or a parent or family member. That answer is submitted with your email address. You can skip it.

We do not ask about diagnoses, surgery, or other health circumstances on this form.

How we use it

We use your email to send one message when MovingSteady opens. We do not send newsletters or reminders before then. The optional answer helps us understand who is interested in the program.

The services involved

When connected, the form sends your submission to Formspree, which receives and stores it on our behalf and may deliver it to our email inbox. We do not sell your email address or optional answer.

The page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files and sends standard connection information, including your IP address. No analytics tracking script is currently installed by MovingSteady on this page.

Changing your mind

You can request removal by emailing hello@movingsteady.com. We will remove your waitlist email and optional answer from the records we control, including any retained submission copies.
